1. General Terms
All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.
Drivers must present a valid driving license, passport/ID, and security deposit before the rental period begins.
The renter must meet the minimum age requirement (as stated per vehicle category).
2. Booking and Payments
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash (where permitted).
Prices displayed are in UAE Dirhams (AED) or USD, inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before rental. The amount varies depending on the vehicle type.
Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after vehicle inspection, provided there are no violations or damages.
4. Driver and Usage Policy
The minimum driver’s age is 25 years for luxury and sports cars and 23 years for standard models.
Additional drivers must be registered and approved before the rental begins.
The renter is responsible for any traffic fines, tolls, or violations incurred during the rental period.
5. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility
All vehicles are delivered in excellent condition and must be returned in the same state.
Any damage, loss, or accident must be reported immediately to Sigma Luxury Car Rentals.
Smoking and off-road driving are strictly prohibited unless otherwise authorized.
6. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a one-day rental charge.
7. Insurance and Liability
All rentals include basic insurance coverage as per UAE law.
Additional coverage (full protection, accident waiver, etc.) can be purchased at the time of booking.
The renter is liable for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of terms.
8. Delivery and Pickup
Vehicles can be picked up or delivered anywhere in Dubai upon request.
Delivery fees may apply for locations outside central Dubai.
9. Privacy and Data Usage
All personal information collected during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
